The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for an in-person meeting at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 11:00 AM PDT.

AGM information and proxy forms will be mailed to members on October 1, 2025. Proxy forms must be returned by post or email by October 18, 2025. Failure to secure a minimum of 50 proxies or in-person member attendees will cost the Association considerable expense to hold a second meeting, so please return your proxy or plan to attend on October 25th.

The following items of business will be presented:

1. Ratification of the 2025-2026 Budget
2. Water system update and treatment system construction funding discussion and vote/li>
3. Election of Board of Directors

Meeting materials will be made available by October 11, 2025 via this website.

AGM Documents, including Annual Report, Financial Statements, and the 2025-2026 Budget are password protected. The password is listed on the paper copy of the meeting notice mailed/emailed to each member. If you have misplaced your notice, please email info@glaciersprings.org with your name and Glacier Springs address, and we will re-send the password to you.
