Glacier Springs Property Owners' Association

The community of Glacier Springs is nestled in the foothills of the North Cascade Mountains. Located approximately thirty miles east of Bellingham, Washington, we enjoy of the beauty of the surrounding mountains and nearby rivers and creeks. Glacier Springs Property Owners Association (GSPOA) is a non-profit homeowners association responsible for the administration of the community. This web site contains current information for the benefit of our membership and others interested in our community.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for an in-person meeting at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center on Saturday, October 25th, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

AGM information was mailed to members on October 1, 2026. For members unable to attend, proxy forms were included in that mailing, and must be returned either by post – postmarked by October 21, 2026 – or via email to info@glaciersprings.org by October 21, 2026. Failure to secure a minimum of 50 proxies or in-person member attendees will cost the Association considerable expense to hold a second meeting, so please return your proxy or plan to attend on October 24th.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for an in-person meeting at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center on Saturday, October 24th, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

AGM information and proxy forms will be mailed to members on October 1, 2026. Proxy forms must be returned by post or email by October 21, 2026. Failure to secure a minimum of 50 proxies or in-person member attendees will cost the Association considerable expense to hold a second meeting, so please return your proxy or plan to attend on October 24th.

The following items of business will be presented:

  1. Ratify the proposed budget
  2. Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) updates and changes to bylaws
  3. Association updates, including water system treatment plans, DWSRF loan update
  4. Firewise presentation by Glacier Fire District 19
