The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for an in-person meeting at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 11:00 AM PDT.
AGM information was mailed to members on October 1, 2025. For members unable to attend, proxy forms were included in that mailing, and must be returned either by post – postmarked by October 18, 2025 – or via email to info@glaciersprings.org by October 22, 2025. Failure to secure a minimum of 50 proxies or in-person member attendees will cost the Association considerable expense to hold a second meeting, so please return your proxy or plan to attend on October 25th.
